Is this tax or customs advice?

No. The calculator is a planning estimate only. Confirm final values with a customs broker, tax adviser or local registration authority.

Are Netherlands BPM, France malus or Spain registration taxes automated?

No. v0 keeps these as manual destination/local cost fields because they need vehicle-specific data and local interpretation.

Why do Poland excise values sometimes show zero?

If fuel type or engine capacity is unknown, the calculator does not guess. Enter both values to include simplified excise.
